Core workflows

How do I create a course?

Courses hold the description, curriculum modules and fee guide that every batch inherits.

About 4 min

  1. 1

    Open Courses

Go to Courses from the sidebar and start a new course.

  2. 2

    Add the basics

Fill in the name, category, level, duration and an About this course description. You can upload a course image.

  3. 3

    Build the curriculum

    Nurture AI can help here

Under Course Modules, click New Module to break the course into chapters or topics. You can also use the AI Module Assistant to draft modules from your course context, then refine them before saving.

  4. 4

    Set fees and options

Set the course guide price. Turn on Enable Installments to let students pay in parts, add membership fees if relevant, and switch on Issue completion certificate if you award one.

  5. 5

    Run it through batches

A course on its own has no schedule. Create batches from the Batches module to start enrolling students.

Good to know

  • Batches inherit the course guide price, so set it once here and only override it per batch when needed.
  • Write a genuine description and real modules. Counsellors use this context during counselling, and students see these details in their Student App, so they know exactly what they are signing up for.
  • Well-structured modules pay off later: they give batches a clear syllabus to follow and will feed into module-level progress tracking as batch management grows.
  • The AI Module Assistant gives you a strong first draft. Always review and adjust the modules so they match how you actually teach.
