Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity performed by users you invite to your institute workspace.

Do not use Nurture to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to store data you have no right to process.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.

We work to keep Nurture available at all times, but the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Planned maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

On termination you may export your data for a limited period before it is deleted.
