Information we collect

Account information you provide when signing up — name, institute name, email address, and phone number.

Operational data you enter into Nurture, such as lead, student, batch, fee, and communication records.

Usage and device data such as log files, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Nurture platform and its modules.

To send service notifications, billing information, and support responses.

To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Data ownership

Your institute owns the data it puts into Nurture. We process it on your behalf as a service provider and do not sell it.

You can export your data at any time, and request deletion when your account is closed.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service — cloud hosting, payment processing, messaging, and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and backups are taken regularly.

We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless deletion is requested earlier.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@nurtureapp.in.
