How do I enroll a lead into a course and batch?
Turn an enquiry into a student by placing them in a batch with open seats.

Before you start
- A course with at least one batch.

Open the lead
Go to Leads and open the enquiry you want to enroll.

Start enrollment
Use the enroll option on the lead to open Enroll in Another Course.

Choose course, branch and batch
Pick the course and branch. Only batches with free seats are listed.

Confirm
Click Enroll. The student now appears on that batch for attendance.
Good to know
- One student can be enrolled in more than one course and still keep a single profile.
- Before enrolling, make sure the course description and modules are filled in. Students see these in their Student App, so complete details set the right expectations from day one.
