How do I import leads from an Excel file?
Bring existing enquiries into NurtureOS from a spreadsheet in one go.

Before you start
- Your leads in a .xlsx file, up to 2MB and 500 rows per file.

Open the importer
Go to Integrations and open CSV / Excel Import. The import is free.

Use the template
Download the template. The default country code is pre-filled. Columns include name, phone number, secondary number, email address, course and source.

Fill in your data
Name and one contact detail are mandatory for every row. Save the file in .xlsx format.

Upload and review
Upload the file. NurtureOS checks it against the expected shape and flags any mismatch so you can edit or discard rows before importing.

Import
Confirm, and your leads appear in Leads once you see Import Complete.
