NurtureOS vs general-purpose CRMs
e.g. Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce
General-purpose CRMs are excellent at sales pipelines. An institute's work continues after the 'deal' closes: the student joins a batch, pays in instalments, attends classes and keeps talking to you on WhatsApp. NurtureOS is built around that full journey.

Built for every size
Every software vendor loves the large enterprise account, and we understand why. We built NurtureOS for the other side of that story: the single-centre tuition, the growing academy and the mid-sized institute. You start with the same system enterprises run, at a published price a small institute can afford, and it keeps working as you add courses, batches and branches. Our hope is that today's two-room coaching centre becomes tomorrow's institute group, on the same software all the way up.
Which one fits you?
Choose NurtureOS if…
- You run a coaching centre, academy, tuition or training institute
- You want admissions, fees, batches and attendance in one place
- You'd rather not build education workflows yourself
A general-purpose crm may suit you if…
- Your main business is B2B sales, not running classes
- You have an admin or consultant to customise the CRM
- You need a very broad ecosystem beyond education
Questions
Can't I just customise Zoho or HubSpot for my institute?
You can, and some institutes do. The difference is effort: you'd design fee plans, batches, attendance and branch access yourself, and maintain them. NurtureOS ships with these education workflows built in.
Does NurtureOS replace my CRM?
For most institutes, yes. NurtureOS covers enquiries and follow-ups like a CRM, and continues into student records, batches, fees and attendance.
Can I move my existing leads into NurtureOS?
Yes. You can import leads and students using CSV import.
